Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how the BnGarage app handles user information. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

By default, BnGarage does not collect personal data, analytics, cookies, or device identifiers, and works entirely offline. All data you enter into the app (cars, service records, reminders) is stored exclusively on your device.

If you voluntarily sign in with Telegram, we receive your Telegram ID, username, first name, last name, and profile photo link from Telegram — solely to identify your account.

Signing in is entirely optional — without it, the app works exactly as described in section 2. Once signed in, your data (cars, service records, photos) is additionally backed up to our server over an encrypted connection, so it isn't lost if you change or reset your device.

Backup runs automatically whenever your data changes, and can also be triggered manually. You can restore your data on a new device with a dedicated button. You can sign out and request deletion of your data from the server at any time.

• Camera — used only to photograph your car. Photos are stored on your device (and in your backup, if signed in).
• Photo library — used to pick an image from your library. No access to other files is requested.
• Notifications — used to send service reminders. Notifications are generated locally, without an internet connection.

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your backup is stored only on our own server and is used exclusively to restore your data.

The app uses Firebase for basic crash reporting. This data is anonymous and contains no personal information. It is used solely to improve app stability.

If you delete the app, local data is deleted along with it. If you don't use cloud backup, we recommend creating your own backups through standard iOS (iCloud / Finder) or Android (Google Drive) tools.

The app is not intended for children under 4 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

We reserve the right to update this policy. We will notify you of changes through an app update. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
